“Live and work but do not forget to play, to have fun in life and really enjoy it”.  – Eileen CaddyIn addition to our regular lunch time physical activity and yoga offerings, we’ve got a bunch of great stuff lined up for you to enjoy over the next couple of weeks.  Please note that many of our upcoming events do require registration. 

If you have not already joined the DIEMlife Race Around the Great Western Loop, there is still time to get in on the action.  In this team-based challenge you can hike, bike, row and do a host of other activities to earn steps to move your team toward the finish line of this 6400-mile trail.  Get all the details and find out how to register here
 
Registration is open for the annual Vermont Corporate Cup.  Grab a couple of teammates and join the fun at this year’s virtual race. The deadline to register is 5:00 pm EST on Friday, August 7th as that will give me time to get everyone registered, get the payment sent and make sure all racers receive their race packets prior to the opening of the event on September 1st
