The Edge Six Week Focus on You: Join the team from The Edge for this comprehensive six-week program aimed at supporting you through the holiday season. Get support from your peers, a Registered Dietitian and a health coach in this remote program. Discussion topics will include maintaining a balanced eating plan, creating sustainable habits and strategies to effectively manage stress. Mondays, November 16th through December 21st.
