Seeking volunteers!  GMHEC will be holding well-being fairs on each of our college campuses in the spring of 2022 and we’re looking for volunteers to participate on a planning committee.  Learn more here.

New fitness classes….

Tuesdays 6:15-7:00 am EST.  Bootcamp with Mary Stetson:  Start your day with 45 minutes of fast paced interval training. This class combines cardio bursts, strength training, core exercises and flexibility to balance your fitness training. Participants will need hand weights, resistance bands and their own body weight as props in this class.  Zoom Passcode A3pUgH. 
Thursdays, 6:15-7:00 am EST.  Strength and Core with Kim Jacobs:  A 45-minute class of total body, multi-joint strength exercises combined with functional core exercises and a stretch finale. This class will help produce healthy strong joints to promote independent high-quality living.  Zoom Passcode strong. 
Virtual Food and Mood:  Join The Edge dietitians for this comprehensive program focusing on supporting your mental health and well-being through nutrition. This program includes weekly group educational sessions along with three 1-on-1 tele nutrition sessions.  Tuesdays, November 30th through January 18th.  Noon-1:00 pm EST via zoom.  $80 with most insurance plans.  Partial scholarships may be available through GMHEC.  Click here to learn more about the program.   To register, contact genavix@edgevt.com or call (802) 951-2320.  To inquire about a scholarship, contact Rebecca.schubert@gmhec.org.
