Employee Burnout and the Importance of Well-Being: In this session, you’ll leave with a thorough understanding of what burnout is, how to recognize it in yourself and others, as well as a long-term approach to complete recovery. You’ll also walk away with ways to prevent burnout in the future as an individual, a manager, and a leader. We’ll discuss an organization’s role in burnout recovery and how it should be a priority in your employee experience strategy. Thursday, March 17th 1:00-2:00pm EST. Click here to register.
