Managers as Coaches:  These five sessions, bi-weekly discussion group is for anyone who leads others. Join us and enhance your skills to support your employees to bring their best selves to life and work every day and feel more confident in your leadership. GMHEC Well-being Resources Orientation: Have you heard about your GMHEC Well-Being Resources? Are you interested in learning more about free well-being opportunities available to you?   Join Rebecca Schubert, GMHEC Well-being Coordinator, for a quick 30-minute session to learn all about the wonderful resources & opportunities available to support your well-being as well as where to access this information.  Tuesday, March 15th 12:00-12:30 pm EST. Zoom passcode 135790.

Fuel Your Life Challenge:  March 14th kicks off week two of the challenge.  Celebrate National Nutrition Month by taking some action to improve your eating habits and your well-being.  Submit your tracking weekly tracking sheet to be enter into the prize drawing. Employee Burnout and the Importance of Well-Being: In this session, you’ll leave with a thorough understanding of what burnout is, how to recognize it in yourself and others, as well as a long-term approach to complete recovery. You’ll also walk away with ways to prevent burnout in the future as an individual, a manager, and a leader. We’ll discuss an organization’s role in burnout recovery and how it should be a priority in your employee experience strategy.  Thursday, March 17th 1:00-2:00pm EST. Click here to register. 

Sandwich Generation: Caught in the Middle:  Navigating personal finances can be daunting for anyone, but if you not only support your children but aging parents or grandparents, you are likely facing much greater challenges than most. Help has arrived! In this class we’ll show you how to assess your financial and personal capacity and set realistic boundaries to help you through this stage of life.
