 The Edge Healthy Care 90 Day Program: This three month, group-based program, led by a health coach, Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer will equip you with the tools and skills necessary to optimize your well-being.  The program includes nutrition counseling, coaching for behavior change, mindfulness for stress management and group fitness. In person at the South Burlington Edge. Wednesdays, July 27th through October 19th 5:30-7:30 pm EST. or virtual Tuesdays, July 26th through October 18th noon-1:00 pm EST. Most insurers will cover much of the cost of this program and GMHEC will contribute an additional $50 toward the cost. Looking for something that the whole family can enjoy? Check out the annual Vermont Festival of Fools. A three-day celebration of circus arts, music and comedy features continuous theatrics by international street performers. August 5th through the 7th. Downtown Burlington.

Summervale 2022. A weekly festival centered on food, music, community, and conservation. Thursdays through August 25th. 5:30-8:00 pm. Intervale Center. 180 Intervale Ave. Burlington.

Stargazing at Mittelman Observatory. Wednesday evenings, July 27, and August 3, from 9:30 PM until 11:00 PM, weather permitting. Saturn will be in the evening sky on some of these dates. A variety of interesting stars, star clusters, and nebulae will be visible through the Observatory’s telescopes. The Observatory includes a 24-inch telescope in a dome and smaller telescopes on the roof deck. These events will take place only if the sky is expected to be mostly clear. Check the Observatory website or call the Observatory at 443-2266 after 7:30 PM on the evening of the event for weather status.
