Today, March 26, Staff Council hosted our first virtual coffee break via Zoom. It was a HUGE success! This provided a great chance to connect with colleagues, share some laughs, discuss book/TV recommendations, and check-in with each other and the work that we do. This virtual coffee break allowed for us to visit galaxies far, far away; beach getaways; multiple TV show sets; and even a trip to Hogwarts. Kids and fur-babies also made appearances which added to the fun. Most importantly…we talked about how we can continue to support each other and our students during this time of uncertainty. Staff Council Executive Committee is planning more of these virtual get togethers so keep an eye on your calendars for additional events!
