Highlighted within Staff Council’s purpose statement is to cultivate a thriving College community and to foster diversity, equity and inclusion. We are committed to this statement. Champlain College’s Library created this page, suggesting both reading and viewing materials, for those who want to learn more about antiracism and the history and legacy of systemic racism. They share on the page, “While not an exhaustive list, these books, articles, webpages, and videos are offered with the hopes that these resources will be helpful to you wherever you are on your learning journey.”
